Our policy on refunds for paid services on FoodShops.

1. Overview

FoodShops.in provides free basic business listings. Refunds apply only to paid plans or premium features purchased directly through our platform.

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if:

  • The paid service was not activated or delivered as described.
  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same service.

Refunds are not available for services already used for the full billing period, or where the listing was approved and published as requested.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Free listings and trial features.
  • Payments made to restaurants or businesses for food orders (handled by the business directly).
  • Services cancelled after the 7-day refund window.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email info@foodshops.in with your registered email, payment date, transaction reference, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
