Getting started

Go to Business Signup, create your free account, then log in to add your business details — name, category, location, logo, cover image, and menu. Our team reviews new listings before they go live.

Yes. A basic listing is free — no credit card required. You can add your business name, location, images, and menu at no cost. A free basic listing will always be available.

Most listings are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Incomplete profiles (missing address, category, or photos) may take longer. You can update details anytime from your dashboard while waiting.

Add a clear business name, category, city/address, logo, cover photo, menu items, and contact details. Accurate location and good photos help customers find and trust your business.

Account & listing

Log in to your business dashboard to update your name, address, menu, photos, and contact info. Some changes may need a quick re-check by our team.

Yes. Log in to your dashboard to deactivate your listing, or contact us via the Help Center. We can keep it inactive until you are ready to go live again.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still has not arrived, email info@foodshops.in from your registered address and we will help you verify the account.

Depending on your plan, you may be able to add more than one listing from the same dashboard. If you hit a limit, contact support or check available plans from your account area.

For customers

Once approved, your business appears in category browse, city filters, and search results. A complete profile with photos, menu, and accurate location improves visibility.

No. Anyone can browse businesses, menus, and details without signing up. An account is mainly for business owners managing a listing.

Where enabled by the business, customers can book a table or place food orders from the business page. Availability depends on what each restaurant has activated.

Customers can leave ratings and feedback on business pages. Honest reviews help others choose, and help owners improve. Fake or abusive reviews may be removed.

If you own the listing, update it from your dashboard. If you are a visitor, report it via the Help Center with the business name and what looks wrong.
